In my case, the error occurred due to the path in nginx

Decision:

sudo nano /etc/nginx/nginxconfig.io/php_fastcgi.conf

Edit the line by adding your own path to the project

fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=/var/www/error-logs/:/usr/lib/php/:/tmp/";

Reloading nginx

service nginx restart
